The hotel is in an amazing and beautiful location, really close to Desenzano Ferry Dock and next to a cute harbor and the lake. It's in the center of Desenzano within walking distance to all amenities, ferry shops, and the outer harbor of Desenzano. The staff is pleasant and really good at all times, and the king room is modern.

It is fabulous place to stay, the food is excellent, and location is amazing perfect right on the lake front. The rooms are a decent size and well soundproofed with breakfast included. The breakfast is delicious and the staff is affable.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in a prime location. Our room had a lovely balcony with tables where we enjoyed breakfast overlooking a beautiful lake. The breakfast choices were amazing and the espresso was delicious. The hotel was extremely clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again. a great value for money in a wonderful location.
